When I walked in to return a sweater, she acted like I was bothering her, and told me if I wanted to exchange it, I needed to look on the floor myself. I was unable to find it, so I asked her to look in the system to see if they had any. She said that she "couldn't do that" because even if she did, "it might not be the correct information anyway." I asked her what her problem was with me, and she said "This is just the way I am." If she is, I feel sorry for ALL the customers with whom she interacts. Then when I tried to correct her about an address during a purchase, she informed me that I "was the one with the attitude problem." How unprofessional can you get? She made me never want to shop in that store again. Horrible experience. She needs to get a different job.
