    Incompetent store employees and Horrible customer service at the corporate level. The store lost my order after they were supposed to send it back to get refund. After waiting a week and a half for my refund I gave them a call, spoke with the manager who told me to contact customer service line. When I called customer service they told me I had to contact the store. HUH??? The store told me I had to contact them. I was proceeded to be informed that the employee that handled the transaction was not at the store currently and I had to wait until the employee was back to track the return back. WTH!!!! When I voiced my objection to this the “customer service” representative kept talking over me and would not let me speak. I ended up having to open a fraud claim with PayPal to get the item resolved. Avoid the headache and just go to Torrid. Better clothes and much friendlier and helpful employees. My biggest regret is ever going through Lane Bryant.

    Went hoping to buy multiple bras, I was the only customer with 2 employees in the store. After a wrong measurement I had to seek out different sizes myself with no follow up from staff, who were standing and taking about high school memories. I finally ended up purchasing 1 bra, which ended up not fitting well and will never go back.
