I bought 2 curtain rods. The first box was missing the hardware. The second box didn't even have the correct rod in there -- whoever returned it had put in their old rods in the box. I've been trying to get through their phone line to get customer service help before I drive another hour (one way) to return them, but have been stuck on their loop for nearly 30 minutes so far. Save yourself the money, time and frustration-- go LITERALLY anywhere else!
