  Shout-out to Omar! Wonderful service and amazing help to my mom, especially with listening and understanding our concerns. We were in a different Sunglass Hut in Woodbury and that experience was a disaster (canceled order without notice, and not good service over there). Huge difference of quality and care in this location. Sunglasses order was carefully taken into consideration and we were given options on what can be embellished to enhance the eyewear. The sunglasses just came in and are amazing! Thank you again, Omar!

  Sunglass hut has officially lost my business for life. Here is why. I purchased Ray Bans meta gen 2 AI transitional lens glasses last week from them and also paid an additional 65 dollars for insurance on the glasses. It has been 1 week exactly and the glasses quit working randomly on me today. I tried turning them off and back on and nothing happens. So I went to the store today to have help me figure out what happened. The lady didn't even look at them or touch them she just said there where broken. I am going to post pictures of these glasses there is not a scratch on them and in perfect condition. If they weren't on my face they were in the case. So she goes you purchased the insurance correct? I was like of course I did and she say good we can just get you a new pair. Sounds great I said so she pulls my info up and then goes well we don't have the dark lens ones in stock but we have the green lense in stock and I didn't like that but I had no choice so I said fine I'll take them. Then she goes ok that will be $125.00. I was like what!? I just bought these last week for $560.00 and now you want another $125.00 because you guys sold me a faulty product?? She said call Ray Ban and take it up with them. That right there is what lost my business! The company should be responsible for the products they sell. I know ray ban has a sales rep that services that store. They should contact them and make this right for me! I feel completely robbed by sunglass hut! Then I was like I'm not paying the 125 you want can't you just trouble shoot these glasses for me? She said nothing I can do your not the only person this happens to. Your the third one today with the same problem. I was like and you are still selling these glasses to people knowing damn well that they are faulty? Idk I'm just at a loss for this experience. Sunglass hut will never get another dollar out of me I will take my money to their competitors from now on.

  Be careful when buying named brand sunglasses from this company in the mall of America specifically the one on the second floor they are selling fake named brand glasses I went in to buy a pair and found fake named brand sunglasses with a non tampered with price tag so be careful with any purchase with this company check the serial numbers logos also the prices because I found that they are over charging by a couple of hundred dollars as well so be sure to do price comparisons.

  The manager (on 12/10 at 5:45) was incredibly welcoming and kind! I had a complicated return and he was very helpful, ensured I was satisfied with the exchange, and exhibited really great customer service. My mood improved after the visit to this specific store and I will be sure to return here in the future.

  Terrible service clerk was yelling at people. 3 diferent groups of people who walked in were turned away. I'm never stepping foot in that store again
