  I asked a gentleman in the men’s department for directions to Womens floor length dresses successfully. After receiving no help with dresses and having difficulty finding customer service in the women’s department, I went to Macy’s. Macy’s was not any better, but they did have a great deal more in selection and sizes. Not excited about either store, they don’t have enough people to cover the area and helping customers shopping in the store.

  My first time buying a Prada purse, and the women working there were so kind! They helped me make a decision and weren't pushy or anything. Would definitely recommend here if you want to buy your first luxury bag!

  My first experience purchasing a Prada product and the advisor (Mr. Coen (?)) was very helpful as well as patient in helping to find a bag that my partner and I both liked. While helping me check out he had to help another customer but was very polite in making sure I assured I’d be helped. Very positive and inviting experience and really appreciate the help offered shopping in-store versus online
