  I love the store, customer service is ❌ I tolerate shopping here because there’s a lot of great finds but customer service is awful. •you are not greeted when you come in and they do not ask if you’re looking for anything or help style you. •the music in the store is set very loudly • they limit items for how many you can take in a fitting room which is fine to prevent theft but the approach makes you feel they are always suspicious of you • they ask you to hang up the clothes after trying them on (which is a given, if you’re a decent human) but it comes off as “we don’t want to deal with hanging up the clothes ourselves because it’s an inconvenience” but it is the job. This is what you are there to do, don’t tell customers to do the job for you. •they have you bring the clothes out of the fitting room and to the go back rack again making you feel like you’re doing their jobs for them because they can’t be bothered. I left the clothes that didn’t work out hung up nicely and was stopped by an employee to bring the clothes to the go back rack. • the floors in the fitting rooms are extremely dirty. It feels gross to be in there if you need to step out of your shoes to try things on. •always only one employee working the cash wrap when it’s very busy Stop ✋🏻 asking customers to do your jobs for you, step up and help with a smile and be courteous, check in with people who come in to see what they’re needing. We are guests in your store, and are trying to shop and relax. We shouldn’t have to think about putting away clothes for you or if the employees are going to be annoyed because you didn’t bring your things to the go back rack much less stopped by an employee to do their job.

  I took my daughter here to shop for a dress for Formal. I really like the affordability of things here, but the service is terrible. The employees act as though you're in the way when they're working, instead of putting the customer first. While my daughter and I were looking for a dress, this one girl who was working kept getting in our way so she could put things away, and looking annoyed that we were there, instead of letting us shop. Like, get out of the way, we're trying to spend money in your store...you should be happy we are there!! She acted like we were inconveniencing her. Then when we asked about a different size, she again acted like we were rude for even asking her and snapped, "Whatever is out on the floor is what we have!!" and sort of shoved past us with an angry/annoyed look on her face. It was probably the rudest customer service I've seen in years. She should not be working in customer service. Talk to your employees about customer service or fire this girl. She's not right for this job. While my daughter and I like this store for the quality of product and affordability, we will not be physically shopping in this store anymore. If we want something from here, we will look online or just shop elsewhere.

  A wonderful selection of dresses and really cute clothes. The staff hates their jobs. I spent just as much time standing in line, watching her clean behind the counter as I did searching through the whole store and trying on four different outfits. And then she got mad at me because I didn’t wanna give her my email and I asked if we could skip that stuff so I could just pay. Apparently, they don’t give out receipts. You are only entitled to a receipt if you give them all of your personal information. Kind of whacked to me

  To be fair, the clothing is nice for the price BUT the shopping experience is memorable for how HORRIBLE it was for us. The glassy-eyed staff had no idea what they were doing. The LINES for the changing rooms wrapped around the store on a Tuesday, with staff wholly unprepared and inept when it came to managing the flow. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER KNEW HOW TO RUN A CASH REGISTER. They could do so much better but I am pretty sure not one staff member can read, write, or perform math. Save yourself and avoid this store.
