  I just needed some quick help with my sunglasses today, Travis had absolutely no problem with helping me. This type of customer service is hard to find nowadays and I truly appreciate it. Travis proved classic customer service is still around.

  I travel all over the US 275 days a yr so I ordered a almost 500$ pair of RayBan Meta’s Ai transition Glasses with Extended Warranty first ever dealing with Sunglasses Hut never again will I ever buy a pair here I do social media ordered These on a Wednesday paid a lot extra for 2 days delivery cuz we had to goto NY on Saturday 16hr drive so we stopped by that Saturday to pick them up the Manager Miles said they weren’t in and said there was no way that we would of got them in time so I asked for a refund would not give me one till they come in and we would be in a different state on the move I also paid part cash and part on card so now I have to wait till they come in to get a refund even how they could of refunded me my money and just used them for stock we were assured if we ordered them with expedited shipping and shipped to the store they would be in on time not so, so not I’m paying for there screw up the lady that sold them to me first tried to sell me a pair that didn’t fit cuz it’s what she had in stock such a horrible experience I do off-roading and needed this camera for my Channels never again avoid this place at all cost go down stairs as he said he would of worked with me on this issue. Update: Called today as a follow up to see were my refund is they have no clue what I’m talking about 7/30/24 6:11pm this was ordered on 7/24/24 with Expedited shipping. Calling bank for fraud I was called back with no info said sorry nothing they can do. Said no way to look it up!! @sunglass hut #sunglass hut @mall of America Update: 8/1/24 I contacted for a incident report filled out form now waiting on replay was told it was auto canceled due to not in stock yet still no refund Manager still has not called me what so ever called store many times. I called store again today 08/02/24 Told them I talked to Corporate like I did and corporate told me they had to process the return and they have no way 2 so this is the first time they even looked it up so he refunded me part on card and sending me a check this could of been done in the first place when I was there is person worst service I ever had hope y’all learn from my issues you been warned. I’ll post when I get my refunds. 8/20/24 Got credit on my card still no 250$ cash sent to me pay close attention to how long it’s taking me to get my hard earned money back and yet they still have 250$ of my cash! Still no cash return on Friday Sept 6th
