After a near 10 minute wait for an employee to let me in the dressing room, I was given one that was marked as “out of order.” When trying to leave the dressing room, the door would not open and I was stuck. When an associate finally came by, I was told, “you shouldn’t be in there.” Why was I put in that out of order dressing room by another associate then? Needless to say, I left immediately a will not return. I hope other shoppers have a better experience.

I didn't notice any co-ed signage when I first entered the dressing room, and was in the middle of changing when I heard a man's voice. Nordstrom, if you're going to have co-ed dressing rooms, please post obvious signage and please have solid doors without any side gaps installed. The surprise of overly giddy husbands would have been more tolerable if all of this had been the case. Disappointed in your 'elevated' brand.
