  Sierra at the Byredo perfume counter provided excellent customer service. She was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She made the experience enjoyable and welcoming.

  I worked with Ayaana in the intimate apparel area today. I have never had such amazing service. Buying bras is not easy, she made it completely effortless. I called out her manager and let her know how much I appreciated it. As I sit here tonight, what amazing service! Never have I ever been treated so well by someone who knows her business. Bravo Ayeen, you deserve a HUGE raise.

  The makeup artist here suck. I went in to try a foundation, to get a sample or shade matched. I was already wearing makeup, so they told me I had to take it off to shade match properly. This was fine, but then their makeup prep was awful. They wiped my entire face of makeup off with a remover wipe, without fully dissolving the makeup before applying moisturizer. Then when they applied the new foundation, the foundation would not set on my skin well. The foundation separated, and they acted like it was my skin texture or darkspots causing the makeup to look weird. Mind you, they didn't show me what I looked like yet, because they were trying to do a "reveal" of how good I looked with their application. When they finished, they handed me a mirror and I noticed what happened and why it happened immediately. I can't believe they consider themselves "professionals." I bought the foundation anyways because the shade did match, and knew I could do a much better job myself. I couldn't believe they suggested my skin texture and need for full cover was why they applied the foundation so awfully. Also, they butchered my eye makeup. I didn't remove my eye makeup, which was a warm neutral natural look. They lady thought she would be creative and lined my lower lash line with a dark purple. With monolid eyes, the heavy brush she used made my lower lashline look like a racoon. They clearly have never worked on monolid eyes either. Also this was not just one artist, but a collection of three. I of course washed my face immediately in the bathroom after I bought the foundation. What an awful experience.

  The only reason I’m giving this store a 5 star is because of the service me and my cousin got in the beginning of February. We were just browsing for Valentine’s gifts when we got helped by Sierra Thomas. She was so helpful and you don’t see people like her anymore. She was cheerful and seemed like she genuinely loved her career. She helped us and talked to us about life. I couldn’t say the same for the other worker that was there. She was rude when we came in there before. We were browsing and I guess we were in there for longer than she wanted and started taking the sample STRIPS from us not allowing us to smell anymore scents. I usually don’t write reviews but she stood out.

  Women’s shoes: A couple months ago, I came into the store and was helped by someone named ( King ) . He didn’t just assist me. He made sure I was taken care of, even directing me to another department that could help me further. That stuck with me. ( perfume) I came back today to buy a pair of shoes, and I remembered his face right away. I actually wanted him to help me again. King has such a positive energy. He’s welcoming, keeps a smile on his face, and even adds a little humor that makes the experience feel genuine. On top of that, he has great style and really knows what he’s doing. I came in for one pair and left with more than one… definitely because of him. I will definitely be back because of him as well :)
