There were more than two people who needed help, and the only girl who spoke Spanish was doing her best to help all of us. Meanwhile, the others were just playing around at the register without helping her. I asked her how much she gets paid, and it seemed way too little. Someone please pay this girl more!

I went in with a scooter, I do not expect people to wait on me putting that out there, but I don't expect them to look directly at me and ignore me either. They were welcoming people in, the employees literally looked at me, and walked away. I heard and seen them offering help to others, next to me while I tried to reach stuff. At that point I was done left my stuff and went to Torrid and spent A LOT of money and got more stuff. They're snobs and they seem to have a problem with people who need help. I hate writing stuff like this. 😢

I’m so very thankful for how knowledgeable and kind Mary was while helping me figure out my size. She communicated really well in regards to her thoughts on how different styles/sizes fit, which I really appreciated. Even though the situation is a bit of a bummer, my experience here was so wonderful and made me feel much better about it. This will probably be where I shop for bras from now on. Thank you Mary!! 🩷
