  Terrible service from a manager! Why do they pay her if she doesn't provide good customer service? On top of that, the employees were arguing while they worked; it is obvious that they lack competent supervisors. It was a terrible experience—and I’m someone who usually buys shoes there!

  The dude asked me to give my phone number when I went up to check out two pairs of shoes. I told him I did not really feel like doing that. He proceeded to ask me again for my phone number. I told him again I did not want to sign up for anything or do anything with giving all of my information to purchase two pair pairs of shoes. He then proceeded to ask me a third and a fourth time before I finally snapped on him and said “ sir can I please just pay for the shoes and leave?” And then he decided that he was going to have an attitude and I told him I got irritated because he asked me four times in a row and I declined and he kept telling me that sometimes when he just keeps asking people, they eventually just give in. Extremely rude employee. No means no. The first time.

  DSW has an amazing variety and number of shoes, boots, handbags and other shoe related items. Check out their clearance section. When I was there there was a large selection of shoes and boots that were half price. DSW employees are helpful but because the store is so big, sometimes you have to seek one out for help. That's okay, don't be shy to ask for help. The store is neat and well organized.

  This is a fantastic store. If you can’t find your shoes here you’re probably not gonna find them anywhere else. They have a really nice kids section as well. The back of the store has a clearance section that is huge. The staff is friendly and nice and they leave you alone while you shop.
