I was sold after watching one shoe cleaning I needed two kits! It’s so affordable and worth the money especially if you love shoes like me! lol I would come back to mn to get this if I couldn’t buy it anywhere else truly a working thing like nobody’s business. The policy was 30 days but they wouldn’t wanna refund and the gold hardware is tarnishing as well! I never had problems with Chanel or even LV and never will buy any Dior bags and hated their service
