When Columbia sent me the wrong size pants they wanted me to pay for the return shipping pickup fee even though it was their fault and I am disabled and I don’t drive. Their customer service personnel are difficult to understand. Columbia has a great pants product but the way they run their business leaves a lot to be desired.
