- SHSherry HuangDec 25, 20211.0My husband purchased Chanel CF less than 2 weeks ago, I opened the box for my birthday on dec 22nd, I wore it and see if it’s enough for my wallet, sunglass, key and phone, But after, I found a thread on the bag, and little damaged on the edge, This is my first Chanel bag, I never thought there would be such a problem. I went to the store and talked to the manager on Dec 24, just two days after I opened the box! they only would offer to repair it for free. For the price of this bag, we deserve higher quality and better customer service, This is really really disappointing. My bag should’ve been able to be returned/ exchanged. They increased the price but declining the quality! If you still want to buy it, Make sure carefully check before you buy it!
