- ASA.S. SNov 25, 20251.0This store has really gone downhill. Might be new staff, not sure. Firstly, their inventory is pretty bad. Hardly any size options. I was in there a few days ago and asked them if they could order me the sizes I needed. The salesman said he would check availability, then returned and said no other sizes were available even to order. I went home that evening and saw all the size options I needed on the Boss website.

Store manager said that I had to download a Boss app to get it. I downloaded the app and then she told me that she could give me only 10% off. I told her to cancel my entire order and I would do it on line instead it. It’s a bad biz for Boss. I have been Boss’s customer for 25 years and didn’t appreciate what store manager did on my birthday
