  I had a great experience at the Aerie store! The staff was super friendly and helpful—especially when I was trying to find the right bra fit. Their selection of bras is fantastic: from everyday Real Me push-ups to soft, wireless comfort styles, they’ve really thought about comfort AND style. The fit specialists took the time to help me try on a few sizes and styles, which made a huge difference in finding one that actually feels great and looks seamless under clothes. I love how comfortable the bras are — the fabrics feel soft but supportive, and the wireless options are perfect for all-day wear. The sizing range is also very inclusive, which I really appreciate. Overall, great service, cozy fitting rooms, and bras that I actually wear every day. Definitely recommend stopping by if you need a bra that’s both stylish and comfortable!

  I’ve never had such a bad experience at a store. For one, the girl guiding traffic at the front doesn’t seem to understand how it works. She would stop people mid entrance to tell them to walk back out and enter through the left side of the doorway. Naturally this ended up causing a lot of chaos. Once we finally made it into the store every single employee seemed to be in a bad mood. One of them literally pushed my friend out of the way because she needed to hang something back up. The rest of the time we were there was spent having employees tell us to move because we were in their way. My friend was told to move to the back of a very long line because she was apparently in the way even tho she had been patiently waiting her turn. Never, ever should you treat your customers that way. You always work around your guests. And the fact that the employees felt like they could man handle their guests was absurd. I won’t be coming back to this location. I love aerie but I think from now on I’ll be ordering online.
