  Amazing experience. They allowed me walk in try on MULTIPLE watches even things that I had no full interest or knowledge of. The team was not at all pushy, answered all of my questions and made the entire process extremely relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve been putting off getting my Omega Seamaster over fear of pushy salesmen but this crew was the exact opposite. Shout out to Richard for hooking me up!

  Richard and John at Watches of Switzerland gave me a fabulous first watch buying experience! Despite having no purchase history, I was treated with respect and the utmost care when I called to inquire about a watch. They were gracious in assisting me and answering my questions.   Thank you again watches of Switzerland. Especially (Victoria) and can never remember the managers name. He is a great guy as well , everyone there especially Victoria is very knowledgeable on everything inside the store as well as the other model watches. Over the top customer service and quality of the products. Thank you again ! For my 3rd purchase from your store inside the Mall of America. I’ll be back again for sure !!!
