  The women who helped us was very nice, I believe her name was Sarah. She seemed very cheerful and knew a lot about the product she was trying to sell. 10/10 customer service in my opinion! Above written by my teen. She wanted to purchase a pair of Doc's with her own money but is SUPER shy. I have seen her go in a store and leave because the sales people were too aggressive with the hello for her. Sarah was super amazing in handling a shy teen, making her feel comfortable and giving her the right amount of space to process everything. The whole experience was incredible to watch and she left with a pair of shoes she's super happy about. Thanks!!

  I couldn’t be happier with my Dr. Marten boots they’ve quickly become one of my favorite purchases. From the moment I put them on, I could tell the quality was top-notch. They’re incredibly sturdy, stylish, and surprisingly comfortable once broken in. I love how versatile they are too I can wear them with just about anything and still feel confident and put together. I also want to give a big thank you to Karla for helping me choose the right pair. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to walk me through my options. Her recommendations made all the difference, and I ended up with a pair that fits perfectly and matches my style exactly. Overall, an amazing experience and an even better product. Highly recommend!

  Shitty exchange policy. Had gone in less then a week ago, on Sunday. Got some new boots, only tried on the right since they were closing soon. Tried to wear them Monday realized the left boot was way too tight. Took em off, tossed them back int he box and went to exchange them next chance I got. They told me "boots ever worn can't be exchanged." So apparently putting them on, even once, means no exchanges. Which is weird right? you try them on in the store? What makes it all worse, they tried to up-sell me product "to wear the leather faster" after I told them it was too tight to wear without losing circulation on half my foot. Talk about horrible. Been wearing Dr.Martins for over 20 years, love their boots. Don't get them at this store.

  Sarah, Carla, and Mia were absolutely fantastic! They were so attentive and informative! I feel like I really made a great investment that I can feel confident about caring for in the long term. Their kindness and customer service skills were incredible and they truly made my night with great conversation!
