She helped me find the eyeshadow palette I was looking for when others seemed uninterested. Sarah took the time to guide me to the perfect color and went above and beyond in every way. Because of her expertise, I even decided to purchase a new fragrance — Gabrielle — even though I usually stay loyal to Coco Mademoiselle. She truly opened my horizons! Sarah is the best, and I’ll definitely be returning just to see her.

I found this location online about six years ago and I met an expert! Even though I have never been into that store, but I found a gem in customer service! Everything has been done virtually with her! I get pictures from time to time from her via text messages about the beautiful bags, shoes etc. If I’m looking for something specific, all it takes is a chat or phone call. She’s very responsive! Delivery is super awesome! Nordstrom is one of the best places to shop from anyway, so anything that’s associated with Nordstrom is super amazing! Thank you again Cindy for being such a great person. I’ve loved working with you over the years and I look forward to doing a lot more business with you.
