  I was so disappointed with the customer service. I bought my daughter a sweatshirt she needed to exchange for the exact same just a size up. We had a coupon when purchased and they would not exchange and honor the purchase price. They said I would need to return online. This makes no sense and the cashier was extremely rude. Her name was Lucy. For the price I expect better customer service. At least friendly and not rude. I will not be back. Lululemon has WAY better customer service!!

  I have been into Alo Mall of America handful of times now. I am a white women in my early 30's tall athletic built. I never get any help from the employees. I have noticed when young girls in their teens come in, employees go over to them and make sure they are finding everything okay. My mother has experienced the same experience. The employees do not help her but help the young girls. The clothes are really expensive so who do the employees think can afford to buy them, mother or young girls. Really disappointed with the staffing here. Are the employees told to act this way from upper management?
