I ordered an arrangement which costed me $80 for my aunts 85th birthday and what I ordered is NOT what she got, I called to complain and keep getting told the right amount of fruit was put in based on their sheet that tells them how much they are supposed to put in BUT its like a mini version of what was advertised. They offered me a $20 refund which to be honest is kind of laughable. I will never be ordering from edible arrangements again. What they advertise and what they have the workers put into bouquets are not the same at all. I've worked in the service industry for years and this is absolutely unacceptable.

First, while she's sleeping, the delivery guy is calling her repeatedly. Then, he brings her someone else's arrangement. For someone grieving the loss of someone. How sad for this woman as well! Then, he tells her to wait on the porch, AFTER, she had to call and tell them she got the weong order and by then, this was born surprise. She's now been waiting 4 hours, and he still hasn't had the decency to even call her and tell her he's not concom. You wonder why there are only a few locations left open. The service is deplorable! You ruined what was surprise to brighten someone's day and turned it in to a sad experience. Shame on you for your lack of class and professionalism!
