  I had a very unique situation that I could not resolve with Amazon or Casio to purchase my G Shock watch. I discovered Tappers fine jewelry and then tried again to purchase the watch and ran into the same problem. The difference with customer service was amazing! I was blessed to be connected with Stephanie Stefani’s who didn’t stop exhausting her resources until the deal was done! Stephanie you rock!!!   We’re from Ohio and have visited this store twice. Both times, we’ve had a great experience with Saif. He is professional and knowledgeable. My fiancé Nathan reached out about a few pieces we were interested in and he took the time to set aside those pieces and brought them out for us to try on. He answered our questions very thoughtfully. It never feels rushed or pressured. We really appreciate the experience he creates and look forward to coming back.

  Awesome experience. I live out of state and found some earrings I wanted online at Tapper’s Jewelry for a great price, so I contacted them to inquire further on how to best purchase them. Deanna was amazing to work with - very knowledgeable & helpful! I received the earrings in just a few days with free shipping and they are so beautiful - great quality and the team at Tapper’s wrapped them so thoughtfully and securely for safe shipment. I strongly recommend Tapper’s and will definitely shop from them again!

  I had a great experience at this location. I worked with Patty and Mansour and they were both fantastic. Mansour was the Rolex dealer. He allowed me to try on some of the watches I was interested in and showed me how to operate them. I’m currently on a waitlist for the Rolex model I’m interested in so I didn’t end up purchasing one. But he was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. However, I was also interested in an Omega watch. I wanted a Seamaster 300m 007 edition. They didn’t have one at this location but Patty had one ordered for me and she even met me at a totally different Tapper’s location that was closer to my home to deliver it to me! Patty told me that I was her first major sale which was cool to hear. She was very sweet, professional, and really went out of her way to give me a good experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone interested in a luxury timepiece. These are some good people that will really take care of you! It’s clear that they really enjoy what they do and love to see people walk out happy with their purchases.
