I just visited this store and was asked to show my physical ID. I presented a clear photo of my valid ID, which has been accepted at many other establishments. Two associates sitting together gave conflicting responses, one said the photo was fine, the other said it wasn’t. I asked them to check with a manager for clarification.
When the manager arrived, I was shocked by her rude and unprofessional demeanor. Without even hearing the full context, she aggressively insisted that I must present a physical ID. I calmly said I would leave, retrieve my ID, and return—but her response was completely inappropriate: she told me not to come back and threatened to call the police on me for trespassing if I did. I was stunned by this hostility and asked her to repeat herself, and she doubled down on the threat.
This type of behavior from a store manager is completely unacceptable. The encounter felt not only discriminatory but also unnecessarily escalated. I felt targeted, disrespected, and frankly unsafe. No customer deserves to be treated this way for simply trying to comply with a request.
I will be contacting corporate to report this incident formally. If you value respectful service and fair treatment, I strongly recommend avoiding this location until serious changes are made.

Some of these reviews are wild 😂 y'all's kids shouldn't be running around any store ESPECIALLY out of your line of sight. It's your job to keep your kids in check. And OF COURSE you have to show your ID in a store full of literal explosives, it just makes sense.
I've had great experiences every time I've been into the store and the associates have been kind and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!
