They delivered candied pecans to the recipient instead of cashews without communicating that to me. The recipient is diabetic and can’t eat candied pecans. I called the store and they said they swapped it because they don’t carry cashews in store. I wish they would’ve at least called and let me know that. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed that I bothered to call her and didn’t offer anything to make it right. Just disappointed.

I immediately called Warren, MI location where it came from letting them know that no one rang doorbell or knocked. She stated that it was delivered by Uber and it is their policy just to leave and take picture. She stated that it was delivered at 11:30ish. It was out in 87 degree heat. Girl I spoke to was not apologetic and just stated that was their policy. Left message with manger who never called. Was told owner was going to call me but that never occurred. Also, filled out online inquire that went to cooperate also no reply. The fruit was dried out, chocolate melted and cupcakes not edible. I will no longer order or recommend Edible Arrangements, expensive and customer service is extremely poor.
