  Owner turned away & quite literally “shooed” away customers from even entering the store for about 30 minutes who were looking for NeeDoh’s after a small (predicted) shipment came in. Saying line is closed & only a select group of people already there were able to purchase. An hour later, more people who came to check in were able to make a purchase. Sad and disappointing for all the children, parents, or squishy lovers during that half hour period were turned away didn’t get a chance, but others later could buy. (Assuming the shipment was probably small & that’s why the line was cut short, thinking they counted out people already there with the number of NeeDoh’s that came in. When in reality there were plenty more & those who had gotten there between 4:30-5 could have had something to purchase) long post but if you were there during that time period 5/1/26, you know exactly what I’m talking about & probably didn’t know that in reality after the fact you were turned away, other people had a chance you did not receive. Not like you need my business anyway with the popularity and supply/demand but certainly not coming back as a customer & grateful I didn’t have young hopeful children in tow with me.

  We love going to the Toy Box! They have a great selection of toys, great prices, and they are super friendly! Mr. Ron always greets you with a smile and loves to chat! He makes you feel welcome, and important. He definitely cares about his customers! Very well ran store! Thank you, Mr. Ron, for all you do!

  Waited in line for 2 hours for left over Nee Dohs that nobody wanted. Line started behind Plato’s in the plaza. Mini ice cube (3 inches big) and donut holes… My problem is that the 2 arabic girls in black hoodies in front of me invited friends and family to gradually join them in line AKA cut right in front of me as we were super close to the door. When I asked them are you cutting ? Their whole group got BELLIGERENTLY loud and basically almost fist fought me and my elderly mother😂 it’s funny to laugh about on the way home but it’s really not okay?!?😂 I will be suprised if i’m NOT on facebook arguing with this group tonight. The BEST part is that they took the sign down/ whispered they would be the last to get some (to the cutters) and I immediately told the store employee and her response was that she cannot control what goes on in the outside line. We were the one of the last to get the left over boring ones. The people behind us were the last last. They GENUINELY need security or police escort to watch these lines because this group of 3 sisters and the boyfriend almost knocked me and my mom out. (literally SCREAMING) Basically- if y'all wanna cut in line last minute right in front of the door- YOU CAN!! That’s a fact. Someone is going to get really hurt.

  Experience with customer service could have been better. It was my first time stopping by at your store. I asked if they still have NeeDoh and was told they were sold out, which is totally fine. I then asked when the next shipment would arrive, and the lady sitting next to guy responded with a sarcastic laugh. It felt a bit uncomfortable and dismissive, especially since I was just asking a simple question. I understand popular items like NeeDoh get asked about often, but a more helpful and respectful response would make a big difference.
