I get it, things happen. I just wanted what I paid for in working condition, especially since it was a birthday present for my daughter. I sent proof of the issue, received rude replies and have since been ignored. Owner claimed that I did not know how to operate the toy which is a joke because I also have the same one at my daycare and was buying a second one for my daughter. Super disappointed, will order from somewhere with greater integrity in the future.
