  Girl at the counter was super rude despite we bought 3 pairs of Rayban P ( was not wasting time) on 4/9/26. She was putting pairs on the counter very rudely. Wasn’t even answering questions. All in all good place bad employee.

  The gentleman that works on the second floor of Somerset was very rude and condescending to me. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban’s, but I will be returning them from the store I bought them from just because of how rude he was when I went in to get help. I will not support sunglass hat, and I will buy from designer directly.

  "Brought my Versace sunglasses back for an exchange and this absolute goddess of retail not only fixed me up... she straight-up cured cancer while scanning my receipt. Like, mid-transaction. While she was at it, she also gave the president advice on how to make the economy better, taught my son quantum physics through eye contact, discovered a ninth planet that's just for cool people, and invented faster-than-light travel so I could get home before my ice cream melted. She solved climate change, made the DMV apologize, and convinced my ex to Venmo me back that $47 she owed me since 2019. The sunglasses? Awesome....but whatever. But her? She ascended to a higher plane of existence and took customer service with her. I left the store a changed man, slightly in love, and 100% convinced she's the reason the sun still rises. 10/10. Would let her perform open-heart surgery on me with a sunglass Hut screwdriver. She deserves the Nobel, and the medal of freedom. Buy the glasses. Meet the legend " Ajanae". (Thank me later.)

  Alyssa is the an amazing employee deserves the biggest of raises if she doesnt earn more than 6 digits a year something is wrong, Give that woman a raise dammit (Exquisite Customer Experience)
