- JVJ. VankoMar 9, 20261.0I had one of the worst retail customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this location. I waited 12 weeks for a simple zipper repair on a jacket. When the jacket was finally returned to me, I discovered that someone had used permanent marker to cover up a poorly constructed seam instead of properly repairing the garment. This is completely unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as premium. What made the situation even worse was the response from the store. I spoke with Ben Hooser, who identified himself as a manager, and he showed absolutely no accountability, concern, or basic customer service skills. There was no apology, no attempt to take ownership of the issue, and no real effort to resolve it. His only attempt at “helping” was to wipe the permanent marker with a wet wipe — which obviously did nothing. When I asked if the damage could be fixed, he simply shrugged and said he wasn’t sure. The interaction ended in what can only be described as shockingly dismissive behavior. After I thanked him for his “help,” his response was simply “peace.” Between the 12-week wait, the unacceptable “repair,” the use of permanent marker to hide poor workmanship, and the completely indifferent response from management, this was easily the worst retail experience I have ever had. For a company that markets itself around quality products and strong customer experience, this was the exact opposite. I expect far better from Lululemon.
