  Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked a sales associate if I could purchase an LV fragrance, and when I approached her, she seemed busy—but I needed assistance and no one else offered help. I asked simple questions and remained respectful the entire time, but the interaction felt dismissive, like she just wanted to make the sale and get me out. I also asked if I could swap two samples. She seemed frustrated that I even asked. I understand I might have come across as picky, but I only wanted to try something different since I already had the samples they initially gave me. Considering I spent $371 on the fragrance, I feel I should be able to choose which samples I receive. When I asked what other samples were available, she responded with “What do you want?” I said I wasn’t sure and asked if I could see the options. She replied in a rushed, irritated tone, saying she didn’t know what they had and would have to check. The whole process felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. In the end, she did give me two samples I wanted (even though they weren’t readily available), which I appreciated—but the overall experience left a bad impression.

  My husband and I want to recognize Alexis Kowaleski client advisor for Louis Vuitton. I came in there on Saturday and brought in my Louis Vuitton Cruise Line Globe Shopper MM (M95113). I misplaced my dust bag and requested to have another one, and was explaining that they didn't have an extra one to give me to protect my vintage bag, but U could have a shopping bag for now to protect the bag in the mean time. I addition, she stated that I could have it sent out to be cleaned when I was ready with no pressure and sent my husband her business card. We will definitely do business with only her in the future.

  Associates are super knowledgeable about the products definitely more inclined to come back and purchase in person instead! Didn’t have to wait for help and the associates are genuinely kind and helpful
