  I had an absolutely wonderful and delightful experience with Charlotte. I had been debating for quite some time whether to purchase a bag, so I visited the store to try it on. When I returned a few days later after making my decision, she was just as friendly and welcoming as before, which made me feel confident about my purchase. I ended up buying it right away. If you visit this store, be sure to ask for Charlotte!

  Nothing but good things to say about this store & employees!! I unfortunately can’t remember the girls name I bought my bag from last year but she was SO helpful and kind. Last night my husband and I went in to look at bags in person because I have a hard time visualizing size dimensions online. There are a few bags I am in between right now and told Demetri I wouldn’t be purchasing last night but more so trying to decide what I actually like so I can think on it the next week or so. Even telling Demetri we weren’t making a purchase that day he was SO helpful, kind & patient. He let me compare sizes & even grabbed me a handbag from the back he thought I would like! I don’t have enough good things to say about the employees. When I go shopping, I’m typically in comfy clothes as it’s a day off and I have been IGNORED, not greeted, taken seriously & given very condescending behavior by other luxury stores in this mall. Never has happened here. My husband also doesn’t always support luxury purchases but after we left he told me Demetri makes him want to buy from HIM and that he now supports purchases from YSL because of their behavior!

  I called Saint Laurent with a minor issue regarding a purchase and was lucky enough to speak with Demetri. He resolved everything I needed and truly went above and beyond. I later returned to the store to purchase a birthday gift for my sister specifically so I could work with him again. He’s incredibly kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you visit this location, definitely ask for Demetri :)

  Josie was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable during my visit. She helped me find an amazing purchase to complement the gift I originally came in for, and she also showed me a few thoughtful future gift ideas without any pressure. She noticed I had forgotten an item and contacted me right away to make sure I received it. Her attentiveness, personal touch, and genuine care made the entire experience exceptional. I highly recommend seeing Josie at the Troy location!

  Very friendly staff! But I would like to point out one in particular, highly recommend working with Santana. She was so helpful and kind. Made my first Saint Laurent experience memorable and I cannot wait to work with her again! I will definitely be a returning costumer.
