- JBJessica BDec 25, 20252.0Sizing online is misleading. The size range for bracelets isn’t very helpful if the bracelet ends up being bigger than the whole range provided. I chose the xxl size for a bracelet, because the range for that size is 7.26- 7.75 inches. My wrist is 6.5 inches. The bracelet I received actually measures 8.5 inches. It’s way too big. Disappointed.

Unfortunately last month my third ring broke in two years. I have now paid over $700 for repairs on Paloma Picasso rings that have broken from simply driving my car. I've brought this up to customer service via email and over the phone and they insist that there's nothing they can do so unfortunately I am paying $300 to repair ANOTHER ring. After collecting and being gifted so many pieces I'm no longer going to be shopping with this company which breaks my heart. It does not make sense to spend $700 on a ring and pay $300 in repairs after a year or two. 😭❤️🩹

Christine was the client advisor who took the time not only to show us various pieces in different collections but to recap the history of Tiffany as a brand. It was so refreshing to have this intimate customer service experience with her at the Somerset location. She will be the advisor I continue to make future purchases with for myself and for my daughter. Truly a 10/10 experience that I can't wait to continue to develop.
