Filled out the paperwork and was on the final step of purchasing a handgun that was sitting on top of a sale tag that was labeled $329.99. The gun rang up for $664. I told them that wasn’t right and manager told me to show her. I went directly to the location showed two people the tag (after I had been told it was 329.99 from a worker prior to this) and told me the tag was for the gun next to it that had no tag. Would not honor the price.

Was joking around with who I thought was a worker turned out the be the manager Drew (hopefully i remembered his name correctly) awesome guy could talk up a storm with him! Told me his thoughts and recommendations of holsters and belts and swayed my ideas heavily in a good way! Gave great recommendations and ill probably be getting a leather holster in the future because of him! This store has an assortment of things from hunting to EDC (Every day carry) to rifles and shotguns you name it they may or may not carry it. This'll probably be my go to spot for anything I need really worth the drive up from Taylor to visit the store and just gawk at all the pew pews. People behind the counter in the gun section were pretty great too over hearing them showing customers guns. Did I mention this place is dog friendly? Another big plus for us. Thank you Drew and workers you've got yourselves a customer probably for life now! Can't wait to be back in the future! P.s. if you live far away (over 30mins) like I do check there website out first. Pretty easy to navigate and lookup what your looking for to see if they have it. Or give em a call. Either way its worth stopping in just to look at everything. Bass pro shop but for gun enthusiasts haha.

I am upset because one of the sales individuals assisted me with choosing the ammunition along with my first firearm purchase. Because I am new and knowledge is limited I did not realize ammunition sizes are not one size fit all, the sales person handed me 2 boxes of ammunition, however, one of the boxes was incorrect for my firearm, as a result I am out of $25.00+ dollars. However, Hunter today was an excellent salesperson, and he educated me on what to look for the next time I purchase ammunition, he was a tremendous help, I wish more could be like him patient and willing to assist, exceptional customer service is everything!

That is not the case for online orders that are in stock and you order it expecting to pick it up the same day. Part of the reason why you order it online to be picked up in person is for the sake of convenience and efficiency but what the website does not tell you is that they have a verification method that holds it for at least 24 hours depending on your purchase. If I had known that I would’ve ordered it online to be delivered at a cheaper price from an online retailer. I want to support local & the staff but this is ridiculous for a pair of binoculars that I already paid for.
