  Yesterday was a big day! The delivery of a Rolex watch at the Somerset mall location for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. The team at Rolex made it an epic experience. There were so many knowledgeable, experienced and enthusiastic people that helped make this watch possible. Sally was a wealth of information and has a lovely demeanor. Zaid went above and beyond and knocked the delivery out of the park. A giant thank you to everyone involved for making it a day we will cherish forever.

  Worked with China to find a special item for my wife’s birthday. I anticipated a long wait time and she called me about 2 weeks later and said she had the item and it was exactly as I wanted and it was in her hands, and we met 2 days later to finish the transaction. China is such a great young lady. So nice, so thorough in everything she did, so professional and smart. Working with her was nothing but a first class experience in every aspect. Everything that anyone ever hopes about how a jewelry purchase should go was exactly how it went working with China. She goes above and beyond to make sure it happens and that it’s all correct when it does. Such a pleasure.

  Working with Sally has been an exceptional experience! I really appreciated her transparency and communication throughout the ordering process and the time she took to guide me through the various watches I was interested in. Being able to try on several exhibition pieces allowed me to choose the perfect size and color variations for me. When I came to pick up my watch Sally made the experience so special and it's clear she values her clients and the relationships she builds.
