Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Came in to exchange 2 pairs of pants that I’d received as Christmas gifts, I got the same style of pant but needed a different length and size. Since the pants were no longer on sale, they refused to do an equal exchange. I walked in with 2 pairs of pants, and left the store with only 1. On top of that they charged me an extra $10 because the refund amount was still not enough to cover 1 pair as they were no longer at sale price. After chatting with customer service for an hour, they explained that they do size exchange in store but not length exchange (I needed a short instead of a regular). As a Lululemon member I am extremely disappointed as they claim to do size exchange, but don’t do length especially considering I was given these pants as gifts. If I was told this in the store I would’ve just gotten the regular length. Not happy at all.

They charged my card 3 times in a row, sent me away with no merchandise and now I’m having to dispute the fraudulent charges on my credit card . “Mary” was an absolute jerk to me along with two other employees who ganged up on me in the store when I asked them to resolve the repetitive charges . My card was also deactivated that day after visiting that store due to the repetitve charges , they literally ruined what was supposed to be a special day between a mom and her daughters . NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
