I came in there on Saturday and brought in my Louis Vuitton Cruise Line Globe Shopper MM (M95113). I misplaced my dust bag and requested to have another one, and was explaining that they didn't have an extra one to give me to protect my vintage bag, but U could have a shopping bag for now to protect the bag in the mean time. I addition, she stated that I could have it sent out to be cleaned when I was ready with no pressure and sent my husband her business card. We will definitely do business with only her in the future.
