  LV Detroit perfectly solved the problem. I bought On-The-Go PM in Orlando and they didn’t put zipped coin purse in. Orlando refused to mail it to Detroit shop. Then LV Detroit replaced a new one to me and sent the incomplete one back. I am so happy with the result:)

  I went to the store twice to return my Louis Vuitton belt, but they refused both times. The manager tried to cover up the company’s mistake even though it was clear that the issue came from the belt itself, not from me. They said it curved because I wore it twice, which is completely false. I also bought the exact same belt online, and that one is perfectly straight this clearly proves that the defect is from the design or production. You can also see in the pictures that there’s an issue with the stitching, which should never happen in a high-end product like Louis Vuitton. The manager was not helpful at all, and despite me explaining everything clearly, she refused to assist me. I won’t stay silent about my rights this issue needs to be escalated to higher management because the way I was treated and the poor product quality are unacceptable for such a luxury brand.

  I’m a Louis Vuitton girl with a Coach budget so I have always purchased my items preloved. I live about 2 hours away from this location but had to travel close by for a bridal shower. I figured I would stop in to see if I could try to get a sample of Imagination for my son who was interested in purchasing it but I didn’t want him to order online without being able to sample it first. When I walked in, I was greeted by everyone but I was stopped by Allen who asked what brought me in. I told him about my son and he took me over to the fragrance area. I also told him that my husband loves cologne but I was nervous about purchasing in case didn’t like it. Allen went to the back and brought me five samples in the iconic orange bag and I was just tickled pink. We started talking about different handbag styles and things I was interested in. I told him I had a vintage Looping bag and I said that I was interested in a Speedy for my next bag. He brought me a Speedy 30 and a 25 to try on, I really felt like I was getting the whole retail experience. I asked about bandeaus wanting to possibly add it to my vintage bag and he brought them out and asked another associate to come and show me the different ways to style on my bag. I ended up buying the bandeau and he even brought me out another yellow bag. This experience was the best I could ever ask for, I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of all of the associates. They seemed like they genuinely enjoyed what they do. I am seriously considering a full price Speedy rather than a preloved solely based on the service that I experienced today. Thank you, Allen!
