  Most comfortable sandals I ever had. These LV sandals are a statement piece. I get compliments every time I wear them. The fit is perfect, and the quality speaks for itself. A must-have for anyone who appreciates luxury fashion. The price is lot cheap though. 😅

  Inconsistent Hot Stamping Service - Opportunity to Uphold Brand Promise Advertising vs Experience LV MUST DO BETTER For the past 8 months we've attempted to have our pre/post purchases hot stamped and our SA (Anika) has informed us on 7 different occasions that the machine was unavailable/non-functional. This is a recurring issue and it undermines the luxury experience Louis Vuitton promises and prevents me from receiving the full, personalized service that I pay for.

  So disappointed that you wouldn’t let one of Detroit’s finest, Jamyal Gibbs, in your store simply bc of how he was dressed! I have purchased MANY bags and accessories from you and I never will again! Shame on the employees and shame on LV for allowing this type of treatment!!

  My review is based upon my husband had purchased me a beautiful LV bag from this location and the strap had started to come apart after about a year. He dropped it off for repair and I had continuous follow up from the SA there on the status the entire time. It took a couple of months to be repaired but the continued follow up without me asking was SO appreciated. Once my bag was repaired, the SA let me know. I work in retail management and Christmas is a lot of extra hours of working for me so I could not arrange to pick it up. My SA had it shipped overnight to me and all of this was done at no charge to me! Superb service!! I then received a nice follow up text from a manager at LV checking on my bag to make sure I was happy with everything. I am extremely grateful that this level of service still exists! Thank you very much for your care in this. I very much appreciate it!! This is why I love LV. Luxury product and luxury service.

  I recently purchased a belt from this location and was really disappointed with the quality control. The item I was sold had noticeable marks near the buckle and an overall worn appearance, despite being presented as new. When I returned for an exchange, the replacement was brought from another store (Saks), which tells me the original should never have been given to a customer in the first place. While the associate who handled the exchange was very helpful and professional, the initial experience and condition of the merchandise were unacceptable for a luxury brand. After reading other reviews mentioning similar issues with belts, damaged scarves, and poor customer service, it’s clear this is an ongoing problem at this particular location. For the prices being charged, items should be flawless, properly wrapped, and never appear used. I hope management addresses these concerns, because customers deserve better quality and transparency.
