  Inconsistent Hot Stamping Service - Opportunity to Uphold Brand Promise Advertising vs Experience LV MUST DO BETTER For the past 8 months we've attempted to have our pre/post purchases hot stamped and our SA (Anika) has informed us on 7 different occasions that the machine was unavailable/non-functional. This is a recurring issue and it undermines the luxury experience Louis Vuitton promises and prevents me from receiving the full, personalized service that I pay for.

  The sales associate who helped me was very kind and respectful, but the store manager was rude and unprofessional. When I explained that the belt had a manufacturing defect, she refused to listen and tried to blame me even though it’s clearly not my fault, since I didn’t make the product. It was disappointing and unfair to be treated this way

  Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been loyal to Louis Vuitton and using Ombre Nomade for years, but my recent refill smelled completely different and didn’t last at all. When I asked for help, (Miles Ploucha) was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He treated me with zero respect. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand like Louis Vuitton — management needs to address this behavior immediately.

  Had an inquiry about a repair..saw employees milling about, talking to each other & on their phones. I guess unless you go and find them, they're not willing to approach you?
