Granted, the Photographer was also the manager. Who shared with us that she was there to clean up pretty much, and then go to the next studio. Our appointment. Was at 4:15pm, an hour and a half later...in my SpongeBob voice. We took pictures smh. The background we wanted wasn't available due to not being steamed smh. They opened at 9am today mind you, so im pissed because this is what I wanted. Then after the session mind you we have a newborn, 2 year old who's bday is coming up and 7 year old..did we book an extended session?? Lady huh? Guess what its a family, its Santa photos, no bday pics were taken smh and my background I wanted wasn't available due to there laziness in my opinion. Cause now its 6pm and my kids are hungry, we missed our next outing and im pissed. So they gave me $10 off because I complained....mind you my package was $250. I had other coupons but for everything I endured needed a free canvas, or another session with the background I wanted or something...so please if you come here just know its pack your patience. Calling corporate to discuss my options on Monday because $10 vs 3 children who made me and my husband's anxiety at 1000 isn't cutting it. My photos were cute, the asking about extended sessions could've stayed to herself. They had 1 camera, 1 Santa Clause, and 7 people in the smallest studio built in a jc penny!! Diabolical at it's finest!!
