- RNRyan Nunley6 days ago1.0These are literally the worst jeans I've ever owned. They keep ripping at the back pocket, maybe 5 pairs in the same exact spot. Not a single issue with Levi's or Untuckit chinos. I switched to J Crew jeans because the store is closer to me.

I wasn’t greeted, acknowledged, or offered l assistance at any point during my visit.What made the situation even more upsetting was that staff interacted normally with each other but made no effort to engage with me. I left the store feeling as though I was being overlooked because of my skin color, which is unacceptable in any environment—especially one that should value all customers. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure that every customer is treated with respect and fairness.
