  I stopped by the Gorjana store at Somerset Mall to pick out a gift and had a great experience. The team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and really helpful in guiding me to the perfect piece without making the process feel intimidating. I really wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but they showed me a lot of styles that were popular and the gift ended up being a hit, I’m really thankful for my experience and how easy they made it.

  I recently (last week) purchased three rings from the Gorjana store in Troy, MI because I loved the idea of stacking them. The rings themselves are beautiful and well designed, which is why I was excited to try them together. However, after wearing them for a bit, I realized the sizing didn’t work well for me. The rings kept turning around on my finger, and when I tried a smaller size it was too tight. When I went back to discuss this with the store associate, I felt a bit dismissed. I was told they had never had anyone complain about the rings turning, which made me feel like my concern wasn’t being taken seriously. I completely understand that fit can vary from person to person, but I would have appreciated a more understanding response. Gorjana makes lovely jewelry, and I hope the in-store experience can match the quality of the pieces. Update: After posting my review, the Gorjana team reached out to me directly and offered a $25 discount, which I appreciated. It was nice to see them take the feedback seriously and make an effort to address my experience. My original concern was about the fit of the stacking rings and how the conversation in store was handled. I still think sizing can vary depending on the person, but I’m glad the team followed up and showed they care about customer feedback
