Bought a blazer size M that didn’t fit even though all the Express shirts size M fits and tried to return after 32 days, nope. Ok, how about exchange? Nope. This new policy is absolutely terrible and out of step with retail standard practices. Manager is totally rude and looks like he hates customers and has no customer service experience. Really disappointed.
