  They won’t return your bag even after 2 days for supposedly the bag being worn. Do not buy anything here.

  We had a terrible experience in this Dior location; the store manager is absolutely the worse manager; unprofessional, disrespectful and unbelievably rude. It was our first time and definitely LAST time here. Don’t expect to be treated like in a luxury brand store. I purchased a hand bag for 4000$, but my wife didn’t like it when she tried it at home. 2 days later we travelled overseas and didn’t take the bag, my wife never used the bag except the first time just to try it. When we came back from our trip, we went to the store to return the bag, but the store manager did not accept the return saying it’s not in a resalable condition only because she saw a small spot of make up on the bag, we cleaned the make up right in front of her, but she kept saying it’s not resalable and we don't accept the return even though we were returning in less than a month and never used it. We even called Dior customer service and asked for help, we were asked to share pictures to see the condition of the bag, and they confirmed that there is no sign of wear and the bag is in a good condition. They talked to the store manager, but surprisingly we were told that store manger is not willing to cooperate to address the issue, very poor customer service. We will never purchase anything at Dior anymore because of the way that we were treated in this store, and I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

  Recently visited this store and requested some help with some other purchase I was doing online that I had previously problems with The sales associate named Zina was absolutely awesome helping me out and closed the previously purchase in no time for me. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable about helping me out with my request. I want to thank her and the store staff for making my request their priority and helping me out with this unique process. Thank you especially for Zina handling my requisition. I'd be honored to recommend her and the intire store staff for anyone for their shopping experience. I also love the after-sales follow up being provided

  Cynthia was so so so helpful!!! She texted me and sent me pictures of bags to make sure I got the perfect one! Amazing :)
