  Rude customer service, especially the lady with dark hair that has glasses. I like Dior but I’ll spend my time elsewhere supporting them. Won’t be back.

  We visited the store this weekend looking for something to start the year on a high note! Greg was fantastic at welcoming us and explaining the new collection under Jonathan Anderson direction. While I didn’t get anything at this time, the service was incredibly and I’m definitely coming back to get myself a couple items!

  I came in to do some last minute Christmas shopping for my mom, in-laws, and potentially myself but was very uncomfortable the first thing that happened as I walked into the store was the sales associate looking me up and down after saying hello. After this, security followed me around the whole time. I understand that I that am younger and don’t dress in a way that may not be “the norm” for the store, but I still felt very uncomfortable during my shopping trip. I ended up ordering the items that I needed online instead and decided to get the rest elsewhere.

  First time here. First Dior purchase. What made the experience spectacular was the amazing lady who helped us. I’m so sorry, forgot her name, but she’s Chaldean and has long blond hair and an amazing smile. I came with my sister in law just to look. She was fabulous at understanding what I was looking for, showing me every variation under that parameter, not being the least bit pushy about me purchasing anything, and giving me the time to decide. The only bad thing about my experience…my inability to remember her name!! Sorry!!!
