  Olivia, who appeared to be the store manager. After failing to explain a 30% off online promotion and saying they price match (only for specific items which wasn’t clear and not explained until after) told me after another employee had already applied the discount but they were confused, came over and said to me “you’re making a much bigger deal out of this than you need to” (which I seriously had only asked why it wasn’t applied because I work in retail and understand how rude people can be) and then proceeded to stop the transaction to tell me (after I hadn’t even said a word in 2 minutes) that “your putting out a really bad energy and you’re making this much more difficult” which caught me completely off guard since I was only trying to buy a sweater and boxers with a price match discount and they were the ones confusing each other. Plus it’s a customer service environment and I have never been treated like that to my face in a store. I work retail so I understand difficult customers, I was trying my best to be respectful even after that encounter but I found that to be incredibly disrespectful.

  Just got off the phone with Catelyn, she was so helpful and her customer service was amazing!! Staff like her are the reason why customers keep returning to this location!
