Bought an outfit for my son, pants were flimsy, thin, and overall disappointing. He's tall, pants went above his ankles, went to return, WITH THE RECEIPT, told by girl at desk she couldn't return them. Asked for a manager. Got Shay with an attitude the size of somerset mall. Shay, I'm curious if you designed these clothes personally, are related to the people who own ALO, or just don't need to be working in customer service in GENERAL? Her attitude SUCCCCCCCED and her questions about why I was returning them were outlandish. Not like she was trying to rectify the situation, more like why am I making her do her job? Idk. Beware. Customer service, TERRIBLE. Selection, TERRIBLE. Quality of clothing for the price, TERRIBLE OUTLANDISH. 0 STARS
