The return policy at Alo Somerset Mall is an absolute nightmare, and the service is downright horrible. They make returning anything so complicated and frustrating that it feels like they’re trying to trap you into keeping faulty products. The staff act like they don’t care at all and are completely unhelpful when you need assistance. If you want to waste your time and get treated like a nuisance, then by all means, shop here. Otherwise, avoid this place at all costs.

Customer service is so poor the workers don’t help you at all. And their attitudes are terrible. Also on top of them asking do you need help with anything they will put out extra clothing items and won’t say excuse me while they’re in the process of doing it. Please train ALO staff to do better!!

We ordered brown airlift leggings online and somehow received a white skirt. We Contacted Alo to fix this and they sent the wrong color and type of leggings. So frustrating.
Since we struck out online, we thought we’d get it resolved in-store.
The manager was so rude to us.
We were not allowed to return leggings in-store that we ordered online. What kind of company is this? It says on the slip that you can return in-store. Picture attached. This is horrible customer service and just wrong.
It was a waste of time. Please do not shop here or give this horrible company business. Thankfully the associate got the return started. She was very kind and took the time to help.

It’s hard to know how stuff gets made. But, when you know ALO is using unpaid slaves, how cute are your pants, really?. Look up the NYT article Title is: The Hidden Truth Linking the Broken Border to Your Online Shopping Cart.
