  Never had a bad experience until today. The ladies on the AERIE side are so sweet and kind, and i’ve been there multiple times. Today the aerie registers were closed so people had to go to the offline side. The offline workers are so extremely rude, and wouldn’t let me exchange or return an item when I literally called them earlier that month. They didn’t “accept” items without the tag on it, but when I called she said it would have to be up to the person at the register. They told me even if they took my word for it, i could have “just worn it once and now want to return”. took 4 employees to embarrass me in front of everyone in the store over this. If you go, stick to the green aerie side. this is exactly why I don’t shop on the offline side.

  Needed to make an online return so stopped into American eagle on my lunch break. Waited in line, then they let me know they can’t accept returns for Offline, the Aerie/AE affiliate. Went over to Offline, not one of the 4 employees walking around tasking greeted me or made eye contact with me as I stood in line for 15 minutes. Took way too long. The employees can’t read body language here. Missed my whole lunch waiting in line at these two stores

  Very disappointed with this store. They didn’t have my size or color in store, so the associate ordered it to be shipped to my house, but it arrived in the wrong color. When I called, the employee was rude and told me I had to return it in store with no accommodation, even though it was THEIR mistake. I also don’t live near somerset at all. Poor customer service overall. Worst associates I have ever dealt with.
