  Had such a good experience at the Christian Louboutin store in Troy. The store itself is gorgeous and the selection is amazing, but the best part was the customer service. Jazeel helped me out and he was seriously the best. He was super friendly, and knew a lot about the shoes. He made the whole experience easy instead of stressful or rushed. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers find what they like. If you go to the Troy location, definitely ask for him!

  I can see why this store only got 3.6 stars. I love the product but will never order from this store again. I order a shoe. It was suppose to be shipped to the store so I could pick it up but instead the sale representative shipped to an old address I lived at 6 years ago. She never even asked me my address or to confirm the one on file. Now my shoes are god knows where. Kicker, I ordered them for my wedding and now don’t have shoes. When spending this kind of money you expect a certain type of customer service and this store definitely doesn’t offer that.

  Jazeel was an amazing sales rep. He helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my upcoming wedding. I give him 5 stars for his above and beyond service. He really made me feel appreciated and gave an amazing shopping experience. Ask for Jazeel!

  Chayton is amazing and extremely helpful! He made the effort to reach out to multiple stores in order to get me a specific pair of shoes that I was looking for. Working with him was wonderful!
