  Lovely people and service at this store. Enzo and Norma are great to work with and everyone we met were very friendly and kind. Got my first watch today and tried on some bracelets!

  Long wait due to lack of staff, went in browsing for my birthday, looked at the tank louis watch and tried to find my size for the trinity ring. Salesperson told me the wrong size for the trinity ring, he said the ring is tried on and fit was a 60 even though I had a love ring that was a 58. I ordered a 60 online and its too big. Salesperson was also very direct and pushy. He showed me the pieces and within 5 minutes asked if I was buying them now and when I said no he immediately directed me to the door. The service I received wasn't the luxury experience I had hoped and I did not feel like he deserved comission on my sale.
