- IDIssac DunhamNov 29, 20252.0This is not a review of the staff at this JCPenney. More so of the scummy business practices of all JCPenny stores. I think that saying JCPenney has misleading sales and prices is like beating a dead horse at this point, but it's still just as baffling every time I see it happen. I would say just don't shop at this place in general, no matter the "deals" or "savings". If you think you saved money, you didn't. A couple of the tactics I saw during my visit was: - two articles of clothing with the exact same name, being sold on the same sale shelf, but different prices. They were not the same article of clothing and there is no reason they shouldn't have had different names, they were doing it to mislead the customer. - sale signs above clothing that are not applicable to the sale - low quality products being sold exclusively on black Friday in place of their regular stock. - sales prices that are overpriced compared to the everyday price of the same clothing at other stores.
