Placed a large order for Xmas, only to have them cancel it five minutes later and blame it on the shipping and billing address not matching. They don’t have to match. If they did, they wouldn’t ask if your billing address is the same as your shipping address!! Placed another order and my 15% off code wouldn’t work because I already used it…in the cancelled order that I didn’t cancel. Three hours later…..they tell me to call the hotline and have them resubmit the order but to use a different payment method. My bank didn’t flag it. They know who we are. What if I don’t have another payment method? I’m not over here trying to drowned in credit card debt. “I’m not good with computers……or apps or sales or resolutions” ae/aerie campaign slogan. The clothing designers are dialed in, you just need to have those guys bring your order to you when they get out of work.

Two days later i finally reach out to customer service, to be told that they’ve been delivered to the store on Aug 27th. Had to call the store multiple times for an employee to finally answer and tell me they don’t have them and i need to call customer service back for my refund. No help whatsoever.

Was supposed to be here by July 3 rd no T-shirt by July 11 called talked to someone very hard to understand she said she would expedite the T-shirt out to me. She also said she would give me a gift card for my trouble I said just want the T-shirt. So got the gift card emailed but no damn t-shirt.
