- PCPaulina CNov 14, 20251.0I’m really disappointed with American Eagle Southland. For the third time now, this location has marked my order as “picked up” when I never picked it up. This has only ever happened at this store, so it seems like there’s an internal issue that still hasn’t been resolved. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to deal with this repeatedly. I was told I’m not eligible for a refund because this is a recurring issue. However, no one has checked cameras in the back office. I hope management looks into this because customers shouldn’t have to chase down orders they never received.

Been an exclusive loyal customer because they have extra long =( I've tried customer service to request 0 XLong. Even though XLong is offered in every other size, but not mine, anymore. I have tried size 2 extra long, too baggy, and 0 long is too short. Multiple online purchase attempts all resulting in having to return them to the store near me. This really stinks.. so loyal for so long and now I have to find jeans that offer extra long sizes---I wish they'd just offer extra long in size zero!!!
