This has only ever happened at this store, so it seems like there’s an internal issue that still hasn’t been resolved. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to deal with this repeatedly. I was told I’m not eligible for a refund because this is a recurring issue. However, no one has checked cameras in the back office. I hope management looks into this because customers shouldn’t have to chase down orders they never received.

Been an exclusive loyal customer because they have extra long =( I've tried customer service to request 0 XLong. Even though XLong is offered in every other size, but not mine, anymore. I have tried size 2 extra long, too baggy, and 0 long is too short. Multiple online purchase attempts all resulting in having to return them to the store near me. This really stinks.. so loyal for so long and now I have to find jeans that offer extra long sizes---I wish they'd just offer extra long in size zero!!!
