  If I could give this place 10 stars just for the atmosphere and the incredible service I received today, I would do it in a heartbeat. I’ve visited plenty of dispensaries, but this experience was on a completely different level, and it’s all thanks to the absolute gem working behind the counter. First off, the store itself is stunning. You can tell the team takes massive pride in the layout. It’s incredibly organized, sleek, and honestly just visually satisfying to walk into. Everything is easy to find, spotless, and has a great flow but as nice as the decor is, the staff is what really makes this place shine. ​I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by a young man who was, quite frankly, the heart and soul of the shop. From the second I walked through the door, his energy shifted the whole mood of my day. He is beyond sweet and genuinely cute in the most endearing, professional way. His vibe is just pure sunshine. His smile is infectious and totally spot on. You can tell he’s not just doing a job, he actually loves people and knows his stuff. His upbeat, openly friendly attitude made me feel like a regular on my very first visit. There was zero judgment, just total helpfulness and a great conversation. ​It is so rare to find someone who has a friendly personality. He made the shopping experience feel like catching up with a friend who happens to be an expert in everything cannabis. ​If you’re looking for a shop that is organized, professional, and staffed by the kindest people you'll ever meet, look no further. Go to Timber Sturgis, ask for the guy with the amazing smile, and I promise you’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in. I’ll definitely be back—thank you for making my day!

  I had a great experience at the dispensary today. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and well organized. My budtender, Mia, was awesome—super friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She answered all my questions without making me feel rushed and gave some great recommendations that I’m excited to try. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers have a good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
